During individual counseling sessions, we strive to offer a safe, caring and confidential space to explore feelings, beliefs and behaviors. We may take a closer look at your thoughts and feelings, discuss past experiences or problem solve current situations. We will identify what things you would like to change, improve your understanding of yourself and others, set personal goals and work toward bettering or accepting your life. If desired, family members or significant others can participate in some sessions, but the focus is always about empowering and supporting you. We are happy to assist you in this work.
